Providencia Vacation Packages
The service that we provide will make your island getaway an easy one. We handle all the planning, payments and scheduling with guides and innkeepers so you don't have to.
The process starts with a consult where we will determine the number of days you and your crew would like to spend on the island, your ideal lodging, type of transportation and what activities your group is interested in, from there we can put together your unique trip plan with costs.
Once your custom plan is completed, we will send it over to you with a contract for your approval.
When you approve and are ready to reserve your spots, return the contract with your 50% deposit to complete your booking. After your booking is complete you will receive your itinerary and a list of travel tips to help with your journey. Final balances are due 30 days prior to your arrival on the island.
Before you arrive on the island, we will be getting you set up for a memorable experience. All negotiations, payments, fees and gratuities for these contracted services will be taken care of ahead of time, on your behalf.
Your custom package begins on arrival to Providencia and will include the following as spelled out in your contract.
- Airport service – Greeting by our team where a taxi or your vehicles will be waiting.
- Island Info – Map and lists of where and when to go for Food, Fuel and DIY activities.
- Lodging – All are private apartments, in great locations, have A/C, their own bath and kitchens.
- Transportation – The island is big, hilly, and warm enough that motorized transportation is the most efficient way to travel. When making your plan you will have an option of a mule (motorized buggy/utv) or moto (motor scooter) to get around.
- Activities – We recommend planning 1 guided activity for most days while leaving some of your days open to explore on your own.
- Advice – I will be on the island from the end of February through April and will be available to help and advise every day.
For your time on the island, plan to budget $200-$350 per day per person based on double occupancy. Groups of 4 or more should budget $150- $300 per person per day. Prices will vary depending on your chosen activities.

- Fuel for your mule or motos
- Tourist card and tax
- Additional, entertainment, activities or transportation not included in the contract.
